Search for SendFox pricing and most results will tell you the lifetime deal costs $49 and gives you unlimited sending. Both of those are out of date, and the second one was never quite true.

SendFox’s own help centre, updated on 30 September 2026, puts the lifetime deal at $29 and describes a limit almost no review mentions: a one-time pool of 300,000 emails that never refreshes. Not monthly. Ever.

Whether that makes this one of the best deals in email marketing or a false economy depends entirely on your list size, so this page starts there and does the arithmetic for you.

Pricing and plan limits checked: October 2026. Every figure comes from SendFox’s official help centre — the $29 Lifetime send pool and Pro tier comparison, both last updated 30 September 2026. This is desk research against published documentation, not hands-on testing. See How We Review Tools.

Annual billing on any Pro tier charges ten months for twelve, so you get two months free. Contact and sending limits are identical either way — only the billing cadence changes.

SendFox’s own pricing page labels Pro as “Most creators pick this” and spells out the difference on the card itself: Pro “sends refresh every month”, while Lifetime is “pay once, 300K sends, forever”. The vendor is not hiding the trade-off — most reviews simply skip it.

Every Pro tier includes the same features. The tiers differ only in contacts and monthly sends, so there is no feature reason to climb the ladder — you pick the tier that matches your audience size.

The 300,000-send pool, explained properly

This is the part the older reviews get wrong, and the part that should decide your purchase.

The $29 Lifetime plan includes 300,000 emails as a single cumulative pool. Every newsletter and every automation email draws from the same total, and it never resets. SendFox’s own example: send 20,000 emails in your first month and you have 280,000 left for all future months combined.

When the pool runs out, your newsletters stop sending. SendFox warns you by email at 90% and again at 100%, and past 80% the Emails page shows how much you have used. Your contacts and campaigns stay intact — you simply cannot send until you add a Pro tier.

How long does 300,000 emails actually last?

That depends entirely on list size and sending frequency, and the arithmetic is worth doing before you buy:

List sizeSendingPool lasts roughly
500 contacts1 newsletter a weekAbout 11 years
1,000 contacts1 newsletter a weekAbout 5 years 9 months
2,000 contacts1 newsletter a weekAbout 2 years 10 months
5,000 contacts1 newsletter a weekAbout 1 year 2 months
5,000 contacts2 a week plus automationsWell under a year

These are our own calculations from SendFox’s published 300,000 figure, not numbers SendFox publishes. They assume every contact receives every email.

The honest read: with a few hundred subscribers and a weekly newsletter, $29 buys you the better part of a decade. Near the 5,000-contact ceiling and sending often, you may exhaust the pool inside a year and end up subscribing anyway. The deal is excellent for small lists and misleading for large ones.

What the Lifetime plan includes — and what it does not

Included for $29 once:

  • 5,000 contacts
  • 300,000 emails as a one-time pool
  • Unlimited automations
  • Unlimited Smart Pages and forms
  • Full API access

Not included, and worth knowing before you buy:

  • Whitelabel. The small SendFox footer stays on your emails. Removing it is a Pro feature.
  • MCP access for connecting an AI assistant. Pro only — though the AI email writer itself is included on Lifetime.
  • Stacking. One Lifetime deal per account — you cannot buy a second to double the pool.

That branding point matters more than it sounds. If you are sending to clients under your own business name, a SendFox footer on every email is a $19-a-month problem, not a cosmetic one.

If you already own an older SendFox lifetime deal

This is a separate situation and SendFox documents it plainly. The 300,000-send pool applies only to new $29 Lifetime purchases. Older lifetime deals, including the ones sold on AppSumo before the $29 plan, do not have a pool — but their sending is not unlimited either.

SendFox’s help centre states that older lifetime accounts sending more than their one-time purchase covers are asked to move to a Pro tier to keep sending. If you bought years ago on the assumption of unlimited sending, that assumption no longer holds.

One piece of good news for existing owners: your limits act as a floor. If a lifetime deal gives you more contacts than the Pro tier you subscribe to, you keep the higher number — Pro never lowers it.

Lifetime vs Pro: which is actually cheaper?

The $29 Lifetime and Pro 1 at $19/month both cover 5,000 contacts, so the only real difference is sending and features.

Lifetime $29Pro 1 $19/mo
Contacts5,0005,000
Sending300,000 total, ever100,000 every month
Cost in year 1$29$228 ($190 annual)
Cost over 3 years$29$684 ($570 annual)
WhitelabelNoYes
AI assistantNoYes
Custom domain for Smart PagesNoYes

Pro 1 gives you 100,000 emails per month — which means in three months of Pro you can send more than the entire lifetime pool. That is the trade: Lifetime is cheap and finite, Pro is recurring and renewable.

The crossover point: if you send more than roughly 8,000 emails a month, you will burn through 300,000 in about three years, and you are probably better served by Pro from the start. Below that, Lifetime is hard to beat at $29.

Who should buy the $29 Lifetime deal

  • Newsletter writers with a list under about 2,000 who send weekly
  • Anyone starting an email list from zero
  • Creators who want to stop paying monthly for something simple
  • People who already use SendFox free and have outgrown 1,000 contacts

Who should skip it

  • Anyone who needs their emails unbranded — whitelabel is Pro only
  • Lists near 5,000 contacts sending more than once a week
  • Businesses sending heavy automation sequences, which draw from the same pool
  • Anyone who needs an AI assistant connection or a custom domain for landing pages
  • Teams expecting to grow past 5,000 contacts soon

Frequently asked questions

How much does SendFox cost?

There is a free plan for up to 1,000 contacts. The Lifetime plan is $29 once. Pro runs from $19/month (Pro 1) to $399/month (Pro 5), with Enterprise quoted separately.

Is the SendFox lifetime deal $29 or $49?

SendFox’s own help centre documents the current Lifetime plan at $29, bought on AppSumo. Many third-party reviews still quote $49, which reflects an older deal.

Does the SendFox lifetime deal include unlimited emails?

No. It includes 300,000 emails as a one-time pool that never refreshes. Unlimited monthly sending is not part of any current SendFox plan — Pro tiers give a fresh monthly allowance instead.

What happens when the 300,000 emails run out?

Your newsletters stop sending. Contacts and campaigns stay intact, and adding a Pro tier resumes sending. Any sends left in your pool are used before Pro’s monthly allowance starts.

Can I buy two lifetime deals to get more sends?

No. Only one $29 Lifetime deal can be active per account, and it cannot be stacked.

Does the lifetime plan remove SendFox branding?

No. Whitelabel is a Pro feature, so the small SendFox footer stays on Lifetime emails.

Do I need a lifetime deal to buy Pro?

No. Free users can subscribe to any Pro tier directly. Existing Lifetime owners can add Pro from Settings, Plan and billing.

The verdict on SendFox pricing

At $29 for 5,000 contacts and 300,000 sends, SendFox remains one of the cheapest ways to run an email list — provided your list is small and your sending is modest. For a writer with 800 subscribers and a weekly newsletter, this is close to a decade of email marketing for the price of one month on most platforms.

What we would not do is buy it expecting unlimited sending, because that is not what it is, whatever the older reviews say. Do the arithmetic for your own list first: multiply your contacts by how many emails each gets per month, divide 300,000 by that number, and you have your answer in months.

If that number comes out under about three years, look at Pro 1 instead. If it comes out at five or ten, buy the Lifetime deal and stop thinking about it.
