CourseGlade LMS is a WordPress course plugin, and its AppSumo deal runs from $59 for one site to $589 for 100. The vendor also gives away a free version on WordPress.org. We compared the AppSumo listing with the vendor’s pricing page on 27 October 2026. Eight of the 13 features the listing ticks are in the free plugin, so the deal is really a price on five Pro features and the site allowance.

What the four CourseGlade LMS tiers include

Every row of the listing’s feature table carries a tick in all four tiers, so the site count is the only difference. The AppSumo FAQ adds that Stripe checkout, WooCommerce, manual payments and free enrollment are available on every tier, and that multi-instructor features need no higher tier. Features can be switched on and off individually. The deal terms give lifetime access and all future plan updates, 60 days to activate the license, and the option to move between tiers. Codes do not stack.
Eight of the 13 listed features are in the free plugin
The vendor publishes a free core plugin and sells Pro as a layer of addons on top. Its pricing page has a free-versus-Pro table, which we matched against the 13 rows of the AppSumo feature table.

The five Pro rows are the ones that justify a purchase. The vendor’s Pro list also includes items the AppSumo checklist never mentions: AI Studio for generating courses and quizzes, subscriptions and memberships, revenue reports, Zoom and Google Meet live classes, a branded email designer and white-labeling. The listing’s integrations line names Google Meet, OpenAI and Zoom, which suggests they are included, but it does not say so.
AppSumo price against the vendor’s lifetime and annual plans
The vendor sells Pro annually at $99, $199 and $399 for 1, 5 and 25 sites, and as a one-time lifetime license at $299, $599 and $1,199. The page was running a 60% Halloween coupon that ends 5 November, and the table uses the list prices without it. All vendor figures are vendor-supplied and were not tested.

The months column is arithmetic: the AppSumo price divided by the vendor’s annual price, times twelve. A one-site buyer who would otherwise pay $99 a year is ahead after about seven months. The AppSumo tiers cost 20% to 25% of the vendor’s lifetime plans, and Tier 4 offers 100 sites where the vendor stops at 25.
What the CourseGlade LMS listing does not say
Three points are unclear. The first is updates. AppSumo promises all future plan updates. The vendor page says lifetime licenses are a one-time payment with no renewal, and also says every plan includes a year of updates and priority support, and that licenses renew annually for updates and support. Read together, the vendor wording does not settle what happens to updates after year one on its own lifetime plan.
The second is scope. The AppSumo listing says lifetime access to CourseGlade LMS, while the vendor says every Pro plan includes all 15 addons. Whether the AppSumo tiers include all 15, AI Studio among them, is not stated, and neither page we read says whether AI Studio needs your own OpenAI key. The third is the refund window: AppSumo offers 60 days and the vendor offers 14.
The company is established rather than new. The listing gives a founding date of August 2015, a base in Bangladesh, a team of 11 to 50 and bootstrapped funding, and no reviews had been posted when we checked.
CourseGlade LMS lifetime deal questions
Is CourseGlade LMS free?
Yes, partly. The vendor offers a free core plugin on WordPress.org with unlimited courses, a drag-and-drop builder, an 8-question-type quiz builder, Stripe checkout, WooCommerce integration, coupons and multi-instructor courses. Pro adds assignments, drip, gradebook, certificates, bundles and more.
Does CourseGlade take a percentage of course sales?
No. According to the AppSumo FAQ, CourseGlade takes no percentage of sales. Payments go directly to your connected payment gateway, and the plugin keeps order and instructor commission records inside your WordPress site. The vendor’s pricing page also lists 0% revenue share.
How many sites does each tier cover?
Tier 1 covers 1 site, Tier 2 covers 5, Tier 3 covers 25 and Tier 4 covers 100. Every tier carries the same features, so the site count is the only difference. The vendor’s own plans stop at 25 sites, so Tier 4 has no direct equivalent.
What are the server requirements for CourseGlade LMS?
CourseGlade requires WordPress 6.4 or later and PHP 7.4 or later, according to the AppSumo FAQ. Its own frontend templates mean course pages work with most themes, including block themes. Check your host’s PHP version before buying.
Bottom line
CourseGlade LMS suits a WordPress site owner who wants assignments, drip, a gradebook, certificates and bundles and is comfortable with a small vendor. The free plugin covers the course builder, quizzes, Stripe and WooCommerce checkout, so install it first and test it before paying for Pro. Tier 1 pays for itself against the vendor’s annual price in about seven months. Tier 4 is the cheapest per site at $5.89 and only makes sense for an agency with many client sites. Before buying, ask the vendor in writing what happens to updates and which addons the AppSumo tiers include.
