Reoon Email Verifier Pricing 2026: All 5 Tiers and the Free Daily 500

Reoon Email Verifier costs $79 once on AppSumo, and the pricing page is deceptively simple: five tiers, $79 to $395, and the only number that changes is a pool of bonus credits. Everything else — every feature, and the daily allowance — is identical on all five.

That makes the buying decision unusually clean, and it hinges on one figure most buyers scroll past: 500 credits a day, every day, on every tier. That is 182,500 verifications a year that cost nothing extra. Work out whether you need more than that before you spend a penny above $79.

Two things are worth pulling out of that table.

Stacking gets cheaper, not just bigger. Each extra $79 buys more credits than the one before it: +120,000 for the second code, +140,000 for the third, +160,000 for the fourth, +180,000 for the fifth. Per credit, tier 5 is 29% cheaper than tier 1. That is the opposite of how most AppSumo ladders work, where the discount flattens as you stack.

Nothing else changes. The feature list is the same ten items at every tier, and so is the 500-a-day allowance. You are buying credits and only credits.

The 500-a-day allowance is the real product

Reoon gives every paid tier 500 credits per day, reset daily. Over a year that is 182,500 verifications at no extra cost — nearly double the entire bonus pool that comes with the $79 licence.

So the practical question is not “how many credits do I need?” but “do I need them all at once?”

  • If you verify a trickle — new signups, form submissions, a few hundred contacts a week — the daily allowance covers you forever and the bonus pool is a buffer you may never touch. Buy one code.
  • If you have a large dormant list to clean in one go — 300,000 old subscribers before a re-engagement campaign — the daily allowance would take you 600 days to get through. That is what the bonus pool is for, and that is the only reason to stack.
  • If you run an agency cleaning client lists on demand, the same logic applies: stack for burst capacity, not for ongoing volume.

A founder reply on the listing adds one detail worth knowing: tier-1 buyers get 1.3× credits when purchasing additional packs later — where a regular user pays about $29 for 25,000 instant credits, an AppSumo buyer gets roughly 32,500 for the same price. So under-buying is recoverable; you are not locked out of more credits by choosing one code.

What you get at every tier

The listing names ten features, and they are the same across all five tiers:

  • 500 credits per day, reset daily.
  • Verification of all major email types — Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo and custom domains.
  • Temporary and disposable address detection.
  • SMTP checking and MX record checking.
  • MTA validation of the domain.
  • Individual inbox status detection — not just “the domain accepts mail”, but whether that specific mailbox exists.
  • Role account detection (info@, sales@, admin@ and similar).
  • A fast API for real-time checks.
  • Single or bulk verification from the dashboard, with a full condition report on each result.

Verification runs without sending a message, so nothing lands in the recipient’s inbox and nothing damages your sender reputation while you check.

On the integration side the listing names Excel, a REST API and a WordPress plugin, with the plugin validating addresses at the point of form submission — you contact Reoon support to request access to it. The product also works with Zapier and Pabbly Connect.

Bar chart of Reoon Email Verifier bonus lifetime credits by tier: 100K at $79, 220K at $158, 360K at $237, 520K at $316 and 700K at $395, with cost per 1,000 credits falling from $0.790 to $0.564
Each extra $79 buys more credits than the last — but the free daily allowance may make the whole ladder moot.

How the price compares to paying per credit

Email verification is normally sold by the credit, and the credit prices are public. Here is what the same 100,000 verifications cost elsewhere — the quantity the $79 Reoon licence hands you on day one.

ZeroBounce$0.0138 per credit, pay-as-you-go$1,380Also sells a bundled plan from $99 a month
Each figure read from the vendor’s own pricing page in October 2026. MillionVerifier publishes a 50,000 pack at $89; we have not extrapolated a 100,000 price it does not state.

The gap is not subtle. Against ZeroBounce’s pay-as-you-go rate, the one-time $79 licence is roughly one seventeenth the price of the same credit pool — and the daily allowance alone, 182,500 credits a year, would cost about $2,518 a year at that rate.

That comparison deserves a caveat rather than a victory lap. ZeroBounce and Bouncer sell more than verification: inbox placement tests, blacklist monitoring, DMARC monitoring, deliverability tooling. If you need those, you are not comparing like with like. If you need a list cleaned, you are.

Which tier should you buy?

  1. Count what you actually verify in a month. Not what you might. If it is under 15,000, the daily allowance covers it with room to spare.
  2. Count your one-off backlog separately. An old list of 250,000 contacts is a single event, not a monthly need.
  3. Buy one code if the backlog fits inside 100,000. That is the overwhelming majority of solo marketers and small agencies.
  4. Stack only for the backlog. Three codes at $237 clears 360,000 in one pass; five at $395 clears 700,000.
  5. Remember you can top up later at 1.3× the normal credit rate, so guessing low costs you very little.

For most readers of this page the answer is one code. The tiers above it exist for a specific job — clearing a large list quickly — and if that is not your job, the extra $79s buy capacity you will never reach before the daily allowance catches up.

Who builds it, and the refund terms

Reoon was founded on 1 January 2018 and is based in Sylhet, Bangladesh, with a team of one to ten. The founder, Farhan, is a software engineer who built the product after seeing bounced addresses damage sender reputation rather than merely waste time.

The AppSumo listing carries 756 reviews and is refundable up to 60 days. It also carries AppSumo’s We Got Your Back guarantee, meaning AppSumo vetted it rather than simply listing a partner’s deal — a distinction worth checking on any lifetime purchase, because not every listing has it.

Sixty days is long enough to run a real list through it and compare the results against whatever you use now, which is the only test that matters with a verification tool.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Reoon Email Verifier cost?

$79 for a single code on AppSumo, rising to $395 for five stacked codes. All five are one-time payments with lifetime access and a 60-day refund window. The regular prices quoted on the listing run from $418.50 to $2,092.50.

What is the difference between the Reoon tiers?

Only the bonus lifetime credit pool: 100,000 at $79, then 220,000, 360,000, 520,000 and 700,000. Every feature and the 500-a-day allowance are identical on all five tiers.

Do Reoon credits expire?

The bonus pool is described as lifetime credits, and the 500-a-day allowance resets every day rather than accumulating. So the daily credits do not bank — use them or lose them — while the bonus pool sits there until you need it.

Is one Reoon code enough?

For most people, yes. One code gives 100,000 bonus credits plus 500 a day, which is 182,500 a year on top. Stack only if you have a large existing list to clean in a single pass rather than an ongoing monthly need.

Can I buy more credits later?

Yes, from the Reoon dashboard. A founder reply on the listing states AppSumo buyers get 1.3× the credits a regular customer gets for the same price — roughly 32,500 instant credits for the $29 that normally buys 25,000.

Does Reoon verify emails without sending anything?

Yes. Verification uses MTA, SMTP and MX checks plus inbox status and role-account detection, none of which deliver a message to the address. Your sender reputation is not touched by the check itself.

Is Reoon Email Verifier refundable?

AppSumo lists it as refundable up to 60 days, and it carries the We Got Your Back guarantee.

How we checked this: every price and limit above was read in October 2026 from the Reoon Email Verifier AppSumo listing and from the published pricing pages of ZeroBounce, MillionVerifier and Bouncer. Per-credit figures are arithmetic on those published prices. Where a vendor does not publish a price at a given volume, we say so instead of estimating. Full review methodology.
