Reoon Email Verifier Review 2026: Is the $79 Lifetime Deal Worth It?

Email verification is one of those costs that creeps up quietly. ZeroBounce and Hunter.io charge per verification or per month, so a list of 100,000 addresses turns into a recurring bill rather than a one-off job. Reoon takes the opposite approach: pay once on AppSumo, get a daily verification allowance for life, plus a block of bonus credits on top.

The pricing has an unusual shape, and it is worth understanding before you pick a tier, because the thing that scales is daily capacity — not a monthly pool.

Deal terms checked: October 2026, from the current AppSumo listing. This is desk research against the published deal page, not hands-on testing of verification accuracy — we have not run a test list through it. See How We Review Tools.

Quick verdict

Buy the $79 tier if you run one list and clean it occasionally. 500 credits a day plus 100,000 bonus credits is far more than most solo marketers will use.

Go higher only if you verify at speed. The tiers do not give you more total capacity so much as more capacity per day. If you need to clean a 200,000-address list this week rather than over a month, that is what you are paying for.

Skip it if you verify a handful of addresses a month — free tiers elsewhere will cover you — or if you need enterprise support guarantees, which a lifetime deal does not provide.

The two numbers that matter, and how they differ

Reoon gives you two separate things, and confusing them is the easiest mistake to make here.

Credits per day is your recurring allowance. It resets every day, forever. On the $79 tier that is 500 verifications a day — roughly 182,500 a year if you used every one.

Bonus lifetime credits is a one-time block that does not reset. The 100,000 on the entry tier is there for when you need to burst past the daily cap, typically when cleaning a large list for the first time.

So the daily allowance covers ongoing hygiene, and the bonus block covers the initial cleanup. That is a sensible structure, but it means the headline “100K credits” is not an annual figure — it is spent once.

What the extra tiers actually buy you

Notice that the price roughly doubles from $79 to $158, but daily credits go from 500 to 1,200 — more than double. The scaling gets slightly better as you climb:

TierPriceCredits/dayCost per daily credit
1$79500$0.158
2$1581,200$0.132
3$2372,100$0.113
4$3163,200$0.099
5$3954,500$0.088

Cost-per-credit figures are our own calculation from the published prices, not numbers Reoon or AppSumo publish.

The honest reading: the top tier is about 44% cheaper per unit of daily capacity than the entry tier. That is a real discount, but it only matters if you will actually use 4,500 verifications every day. Most buyers will not come close, and the unused capacity is worth nothing.

What every tier includes

All ten features are identical across the five tiers. You are buying capacity, not capability — which makes the decision simpler than most lifetime deals.

  • Email verification and verification of major email types
  • SMTP check — confirms the mailbox responds without sending anything
  • MX record check
  • MTA validation of domain
  • Individual inbox status detection
  • Role account detection — flags info@, support@, sales@ addresses
  • Temporary email detection — catches disposable addresses
  • Fast API check for live validation at signup

Two of those deserve a note. Role account detection matters because addresses like info@ and support@ tend to be shared inboxes with low engagement and higher complaint rates — many senders remove them deliberately. Temporary email detection catches the disposable addresses people use to grab lead magnets, which inflate your list without ever opening anything.

How Reoon compares on price

AppSumo’s own listing frames this against ZeroBounce at $240 a year. Taking that figure at face value:

Reoon ($79 tier)ZeroBounce (as quoted by AppSumo)
Cost$79 once$240 per year
Year 1$79$240
Year 3$79$720
Year 5$79$1,200

We have not independently verified ZeroBounce’s current pricing — that $240 figure is AppSumo’s, used in its own marketing. Check ZeroBounce directly before treating it as a like-for-like comparison, since the included volumes may differ.

Even allowing for that, the direction is clear. A one-time $79 against any recurring verification subscription pays back inside the first year for most users.

Accuracy by provider, according to Reoon

We asked Reoon directly for the data behind the 99% figure. The reply, in October 2026, broke the number down by mailbox provider rather than defending the headline, which is more useful than the claim on its own.

Chart comparing uncertain verification results per 10,000 addresses using accuracy figures supplied by Reoon: about 40 for Gmail at 99.6 per cent, under 100 for a mixed-domain list at over 99 per cent, and about 400 for Microsoft Outlook and Hotmail at about 96 per cent
Reoon-supplied accuracy, converted to uncertain results per 10,000. Microsoft carries roughly ten times the uncertainty of Gmail.
Mailbox providerAccuracy Reoon statesUncertain results per 10,000 addresses
Mixed-quality list across domainsOver 99%The headline figure
GmailAbout 99.6%Roughly 40
Microsoft (Outlook, Hotmail)About 96%Roughly 400

The Microsoft figure is the one worth planning around. At roughly 96%, a list weighted towards Outlook and Hotmail carries about ten times the uncertainty of a Gmail-heavy list, and Microsoft domains are common in business data. Reoon also said accuracy varies by domain and by server configuration, and that every verified address comes with an AI-generated overall_score from 0 to 100 indicating delivery risk.

This is the vendor’s own data, supplied in writing in response to our question, and we have not independently tested it. We are reporting it rather than endorsing it. Reoon’s own suggestion is the sensible one: run a sample through the free daily credits before committing a large list, and treat an uncertain result on a Microsoft domain with more caution than the same result on Gmail.

Where a lifetime verification deal falls short

We would not be doing our job if we only listed the upside. Three things to weigh:

  • Accuracy is vendor-reported, not tested by us. Reoon gave us the breakdown above, including about 96% on Microsoft domains, but we have not run a test list through it. Accuracy is the entire product in this category, so verify a sample on the free daily credits inside the 60-day guarantee before you rely on it.
  • The daily cap is a real constraint. If you buy the $79 tier and then need to clean a 300,000-address list, you will burn the 100,000 bonus credits and then be limited to 500 a day — which would take 400 days.
  • Lifetime deals carry vendor risk. If Reoon changes direction or shuts down, there is no refund mechanism beyond AppSumo’s 60-day window. That is the trade you accept for not paying monthly.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Reoon Email Verifier cost?

Five one-time tiers on AppSumo: $79, $158, $237, $316 and $395. All include lifetime access and a 60-day money-back guarantee.

How many emails can I verify?

Between 500 and 4,500 credits per day depending on tier, which reset daily. Each tier also includes a one-time block of bonus credits — from 100,000 on the $79 tier to 700,000 on the $395 tier.

Do the daily credits reset?

Yes. The daily allowance refreshes every day for life. The bonus lifetime credits are separate and are spent once.

Can I verify emails without sending anything?

Yes. Reoon validates through MTA, SMTP, MX record and inbox status checks rather than by sending a message.

Does Reoon detect temporary emails?

Yes, temporary and disposable address detection is included on every tier, as is role account detection for shared inboxes like info@ and support@.

Is there a refund?

AppSumo’s 60-day money-back guarantee applies. That is long enough to run a real test list through it before committing.

Does Reoon have an API?

Yes. A fast API check is included on all tiers for live validation at signup, and the deal page lists compatibility with Zapier, Pabbly Connect, a WordPress plugin, Excel and a REST API.

Final verdict

Reoon is a straightforward trade: a one-time payment instead of a verification subscription, with capacity measured per day rather than per month. For a solo marketer or small agency running their own lists, the $79 tier is almost certainly more capacity than you will use, and it stops the meter running permanently.

The thing we cannot tell you is whether the accuracy matches the claim, because we have not tested it. In a category where accuracy is the product, that matters — so use the 60-day guarantee properly. Run a list you already know the answers on, compare the results, and keep it only if the output holds up.

If it does, $79 against a recurring verification bill is one of the easier lifetime-deal decisions on AppSumo.
