Quick answer: The 30-Day Local Visibility Kit is a $12.97 launch-price White Label package (regular $27) with a finished local-business product, a browser-based QuickPlan Builder and the funnel and promo assets to sell your own branded version. It is a low-cost starting kit for marketers who already have, or can find, local-business prospects. It does not promise subscribers or sales, and you supply the traffic, email service and checkout.
The 30-Day Local Visibility Kit comes from Mirko van Anken of MvA Marketing. You get a finished product for local businesses, a rebrandable QuickPlan Builder and the lead magnet, pages and emails needed to sell your own version. This review goes through what the sales page lists, what the license allows and where the gaps are.

What the 30-Day Local Visibility Kit actually is
At its core this is a local-business planning product. The customer starts with a short Business Brief, then uses the kit to plan 30 days of visibility content, promotions and customer-engagement ideas. The sales page names a Core Guide, a 30-Day Calendar, 30 Content Frameworks, a Promotion Builder, an Engagement Swipe File, an AI Prompt Pack and a Content Tracker. Five niche starter packs cover dentists, realtors, chiropractors, salons and home services.
The White Label part is what makes it a business offer. You can rename, restyle and sell the finished product as your own, and the package adds the pages and emails to promote it. If you are new to the model, our guide to another PLR review on this site shows how similar packages are structured.
What is inside the package

The vendor lists the following. These counts are the seller’s own claims, and I have not verified the file quality.
| Component | What the sales page lists |
|---|---|
| Customer-ready product PDFs | 10 |
| Editable product masters | 10 |
| QuickPlan Builder | Browser-based tool, plus an editable HTML master and a rebranding guide |
| Lead magnet | Local Visibility Quick-Start Plan, with an editable master |
| Pages | Squeeze page, thank-you or bridge page, customer sales page |
| Emails | 8 product sales emails and 5 lead-magnet follow-up emails |
| Social posts | 20 for the main product and 5 for the free Quick-Start Plan |
| Extras | White Label rights summary, rebranding checklist, organized buyer package |
How the QuickPlan Builder works
The Builder is the newest addition. Per the sales page, a customer works through six steps:
- Enter verified business information.
- Build a structured Business Brief.
- Generate five visibility directions and call-to-action directions.
- Map a 7-day QuickPlan.
- Copy a structured AI expansion prompt.
- Print the plan or save it as a PDF.
It runs locally in a modern browser. The page says there is no built-in AI service, account or API connection, so the expansion prompt is something the customer pastes into their own AI tool. That keeps the tool simple, but it also means the AI step is not automated.
How you would sell it as a White Label owner

The license is the part to read before ordering. The sales page summarizes it like this, and says the written license controls.
| You can | You cannot |
|---|---|
| Rebrand the finished product and change its name, cover, colors and wording | Sell, transfer or give away the White Label license itself |
| Edit the supplied master content | Pass White Label, PLR, MRR or Resell Rights to customers |
| Sell your branded version to your own customers | Distribute the editable masters as an editable rights product |
| Use the funnel and promo assets to market your version | Let customers rebrand the source package for resale |
Your end customers get the finished branded product and personal or business use rights for their own business, not the masters.
The lead-generation funnel that comes with it

The funnel is simple: a squeeze page offers the free Quick-Start Plan, the bridge page delivers it, five follow-up emails continue the conversation, and the sales page presents your branded kit. You still connect your own opt-in form, email service, legal links and checkout, and you still have to bring the traffic. The sales page says plainly that the package does not guarantee subscribers or sales.
Price, launch window and refund

The launch special is $12.97 against a regular price of $27. The sales page gives the launch window as November 1, 2026 at 6:00 AM Central through November 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central, with a 14-day refund period. Checkout runs through WarriorPlus, but payments go to the vendor and refund requests go to the vendor too. Because the offer opens on November 1, confirm the final price and terms at checkout. You can view the offer on the vendor page.
Pros and cons
Pros
- The price is low for a package that bundles product, tool, funnel and promo copy.
- Editable masters and a rebranding guide let you change the product, not just the logo.
- The five niche starter packs give you specific markets to approach.
- The license limits are stated clearly, and the page makes no income promises.
Cons
- I have not tested the files, so quality and depth are unverified.
- You must supply traffic, an email service, legal pages and a checkout.
- Other buyers get the same base files, so differentiation is up to you. This is my own reasoning, not a vendor statement.
- Selling to local businesses usually needs outreach or paid traffic, which the kit does not provide.
Who should buy it and who should skip it
It suits marketers, freelancers and list builders who want a ready-made local-business offer and are willing to rebrand it and drive their own traffic. It is a poor fit if you want results without outreach, or if you expect the files alone to produce subscribers. If you want to compare other low-cost kits first, see our Kindle Short Reads Generator review.
My view: at $12.97 the downside is small and the 14-day refund period lowers it further, but the value depends entirely on how well you adapt the product and market it. If that fits, you can check the 30-Day Local Visibility Kit here.

Frequently asked questions
Is the 30-Day Local Visibility Kit a finished product?
Yes, according to the vendor. You receive customer-ready product PDFs plus editable master documents. That means you can sell a finished version as is after rebranding, or customize the content first under the supplied White Label license.
Can my customers get the White Label rights?
No. The sales page says end customers do not receive the White Label license, the editable master package, or PLR, MRR or Resell Rights. They get the finished branded product and personal or business use rights for their own business only.
Does the kit guarantee subscribers or sales?
No. The vendor states that no earnings, subscriber, lead, customer, traffic, conversion or revenue results are promised. Outcomes depend on your market, audience, pricing, traffic and execution, so treat the kit as a starting asset rather than a guaranteed income source.
Do I need an email service to use the funnel?
Yes. The sales page says you connect your own opt-in form, legal links and checkout. The kit supplies the lead magnet, pages and follow-up emails, but you provide the email service and any payment setup that your branded offer needs.
Is there a refund period?
The sales page states a 14-day refund period and tells buyers to review the final checkout terms. Payments go to the vendor, not WarriorPlus, so refund requests must be sent to the vendor, Mirko van Anken of MvA Marketing.
