Reoon Alternatives 2026: 3 Email Verifiers Compared on Real Prices

Most people looking for a Reoon alternative want one of three things: a vendor inside the EU for data-residency reasons, a refund policy that covers results rather than just the purchase, or simply a second opinion before trusting one tool with a list they have spent years building.

This compares four verification services on prices read from each vendor’s own page in October 2026. One finding shapes everything below: on raw cost per verification, nothing here is close to Reoon, because a one-time licence competes against per-credit billing. The reasons to choose something else are real, but they are not about price.

The four compared

ServicePricing modelEntry priceCost of 100,000 verificationsBased in
ReoonOne-time licence$79 (AppSumo)$79, plus 500 a day foreverBangladesh
MillionVerifierCredit packs$89 for 50,000Not published at this volumeHungary
BouncerCredit packs$8 for 1,000$400Poland
ZeroBouncePay-as-you-go or subscription$0.0138 per credit, min 2,000$1,380United States
Each figure read from the vendor’s own pricing page in October 2026. Where a vendor does not publish a price at a given volume, we say so rather than extrapolating.

1. MillionVerifier — the refund policy nobody else matches

MillionVerifier sells credit packs with no expiry: $89 for 50,000, which works out at $0.00178 per credit. Its full ladder runs from 10,000 up to 50 million, with volume pricing negotiable above that.

Its real differentiator is not price but risk. MillionVerifier advertises a 100% money-back guarantee and, unusually, a refund on risky emails — addresses it flags as uncertain. Most verifiers charge you for an ambiguous answer; this one does not. If your list is full of catch-all domains, that policy is worth more than a lower headline rate.

The company is GBD Software as a Service, registered in Lakitelek, Hungary. For a European business that needs its processor inside the EU, that matters in a way no feature table captures.

Choose MillionVerifier if you are cleaning lists with a high proportion of catch-all or risky addresses, or you need an EU-based vendor.

2. Bouncer — transparent volume pricing, EU-based

Bouncer publishes its entire ladder openly, which is rarer than it should be:

CreditsPricePer email
1,000$8$0.0080
5,000$35$0.0070
10,000$60$0.0060
50,000$250$0.0050
100,000$400$0.0040
250,000$750$0.0030
500,000$1,250$0.0025
1,000,000$2,000$0.0020
Source: usebouncer.com pricing page, read October 2026. Minimum purchase 1,000 credits; credits never expire.

The rate halves four times across that ladder, from $0.0080 to $0.0020, and credits never expire. Bouncer also sells a separate Deliverability Kit (from $25 a month for 250 test emails and 10 monitored IPs or domains) and a product called Bouncer Shield for real-time protection at signup.

Choose Bouncer if you want published, predictable volume pricing from an EU vendor, and you want deliverability monitoring from the same supplier.

3. ZeroBounce — the full deliverability suite

ZeroBounce is the most expensive option here per verification by a wide margin: $0.0138 a credit pay-as-you-go, with a 2,000-credit minimum. It also sells ZeroBounce ONE, a bundled subscription from $99 a month with a 10,000-credit minimum, and a free tier of 100 validation credits a month.

Paying roughly seven times Bouncer’s rate only makes sense because you are not buying verification alone. ZeroBounce ONE bundles warmup seeds, inbox placement tests, email finder and domain search, blacklist monitors scanned every eight hours, DMARC domain monitoring and email server tests. It advertises a 99.6% validation accuracy guarantee.

Choose ZeroBounce if deliverability is a job someone owns at your company and you want one vendor for monitoring, warmup and verification. If you just need a list cleaned, you are overpaying substantially.

Bar chart comparing the cost of 100,000 email verifications: Reoon $79 one-time, Bouncer $400, ZeroBounce $1,380 at its pay-as-you-go rate
A one-time licence against per-credit billing is not a close contest on price.

4. Reoon — the one you are comparing against

For completeness: Reoon is a $79 one-time licence on AppSumo giving 100,000 bonus lifetime credits plus 500 credits every day, which is 182,500 a year at no further cost. Stacking up to five codes raises the bonus pool to 700,000 and lowers the per-credit cost by 29%.

Its limits are worth stating plainly. It is a verification tool and nothing else — no warmup, no blacklist monitoring, no DMARC, no deliverability suite. Its integration list is short: Excel, a REST API, a WordPress plugin you request from support, plus Zapier and Pabbly Connect. The company is small, one to ten people, founded in 2018 and based in Sylhet, Bangladesh. And the daily allowance does not bank — unused credits vanish at midnight rather than accumulating.

How to choose

  1. Is price the binding constraint? Then the answer is Reoon and the comparison is not close. A one-time licence with a daily allowance beats per-credit billing at any volume you are likely to reach.
  2. Do you need an EU-based processor? MillionVerifier (Hungary) or Bouncer (Poland). This is a compliance question, not a feature question, and no amount of saving fixes it.
  3. Is your list full of catch-all domains? MillionVerifier, for the risky-email refund. You will otherwise pay for a lot of answers that say “maybe”.
  4. Do you need warmup, blacklist and DMARC monitoring too? ZeroBounce, and accept the price.
  5. Do you want to verify at the point of signup, not in batches? All four have APIs; Bouncer Shield and Reoon’s WordPress plugin are the most direct routes.

One thing worth saying about accuracy claims: every vendor on this page advertises a figure in the high nineties, and none of them publishes the methodology behind it. We have not tested these tools head-to-head on the same list, so we are not going to rank them on accuracy. If accuracy is your deciding factor, run the same 1,000 addresses through two services and compare — most offer enough free or cheap credits to make that a genuine test rather than a leap of faith.

When to stay with Reoon

If you already own a Reoon licence, the switching case is weak unless one of the compliance or catch-all reasons above applies to you. The daily allowance keeps arriving whether you use it or not, and no credit-pack vendor can match a sunk one-time cost.

The sensible pattern is to keep Reoon for routine volume and buy a small credit pack elsewhere for the specific job it does better — a risky-heavy list through MillionVerifier, say. These are not mutually exclusive purchases, and at these prices running two is cheap.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest email verification service?

Reoon, by a wide margin, because it is sold as a one-time licence rather than by the credit. $79 buys 100,000 credits plus 500 a day indefinitely. Among per-credit vendors, Bouncer is cheapest at volume, reaching $0.0020 per email at one million credits.

Is there a European alternative to Reoon?

Two on this page. MillionVerifier is registered in Lakitelek, Hungary, and Bouncer is based in Poland. Both publish credit pricing and neither expires credits.

Which verifier refunds you for risky emails?

MillionVerifier advertises a refund on risky emails alongside a 100% money-back guarantee. The others charge for every address checked regardless of how confident the result is.

How much does ZeroBounce cost compared with Reoon?

ZeroBounce charges $0.0138 per credit pay-as-you-go, so 100,000 verifications cost about $1,380 against Reoon’s $79 one-time licence for the same quantity. ZeroBounce bundles deliverability tooling that Reoon does not offer at all.

Do email verification credits expire?

MillionVerifier and Bouncer both state credits never expire. Reoon’s bonus pool is lifetime, but its 500-a-day allowance resets daily and does not accumulate.

Can I try these before buying?

ZeroBounce has a free tier of 100 validation credits a month. Bouncer requires no card to start. Reoon is sold through AppSumo with a 60-day refund window, which is long enough to test it on a real list.
