TidyCal has four plans, two of which are one-time payments and two of which are not what they first appear. There is also a fee that does not show up on the pricing page at all, and a set of plan limits that quietly changed on 1 September 2026.
This page lays out what each plan actually costs, what you get, what you give up, and which one makes sense for the way you book.
Pricing and plan limits checked: October 2026. Figures come from TidyCal’s pricing page and its official help centre. This is desk research against published documentation, not a hands-on test, and we say so rather than implying otherwise — see How We Review Tools.
TidyCal pricing at a glance
| Plan | Price | Billing | Where you buy it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Forever free | TidyCal |
| Individual Lifetime | $29 | One-time payment | AppSumo |
| Agency Lifetime | $79 | One-time payment | AppSumo |
| Pro | $12/month or $99/year | Subscription | TidyCal |
The two lifetime plans are sold through AppSumo rather than TidyCal directly. Pro is billed by TidyCal through Stripe, and Pro has no free trial — the free plan is the only way to try before paying.
One useful signal: Pro’s yearly option is $99 against $144 if you pay monthly, which TidyCal displays as a 31% saving. If you are going to subscribe, yearly is the obvious choice.

Free plan — $0
TidyCal’s free plan is unusually capable for a scheduling tool. It is not a time-limited trial; it stays free.
What you get:
- Unlimited bookings and unlimited booking types
- One calendar connection
- Your own booking page
- Paid bookings through Stripe or PayPal
- Recurring and package bookings
- Date polls
- Translation and localization
- Import from Calendly
What you give up: full TidyCal branding on your booking page, only one connected calendar, no automatic Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links, and a 1% platform fee on payments (covered below).
For a solo coach or freelancer who books one or two meeting types from a single calendar, this plan is genuinely usable — not a demo.
Individual Lifetime — $29 one-time
A single payment through AppSumo, with no renewal. This is the plan most people mean when they talk about the TidyCal deal.
Everything in Free, plus:
- 10 calendar connections instead of one
- Auto-created Zoom, Google Meet and Teams links
- Group bookings
- An AI booking assistant for booking type descriptions and questions
- Custom emails and analytics
At $29 once against $99 a year for Pro, this plan pays for itself in under four months and then costs nothing. For most individual users it is the right answer.
Agency Lifetime — $79 one-time
Also a one-time AppSumo purchase, aimed at small teams.
Everything in Individual, plus:
- Round robin and collective meetings
- A dedicated team booking page
- SMS reminders (US and Canada only)
- Reduced TidyCal branding
- 10 calendar connections
The Agency plan changed on 1 September 2026 — read this before buying
TidyCal reduced several Agency Lifetime limits for purchases made on or after 1 September 2026. If you are reading an older review, it is describing a plan you can no longer buy.
| Agency Lifetime limit | Bought before 1 Sep 2026 | Bought today |
|---|---|---|
| Calendar connections | 25 | 10 |
| Team members | Unlimited | 4, including the owner |
| SMS segments per month | 20 | 10 |
| Custom domain | Included | Not included |
What this means practically: the old selling point was unlimited team members for $79. That is gone. At four people it is still $79 once versus $480 a year for four Calendly Standard seats, so the value is real — but if you expect to grow past four, Agency Lifetime is not the plan to buy.
Pro — $12/month or $99/year
The only TidyCal plan that is a subscription, and the only one sold directly by TidyCal rather than AppSumo.
Everything in Agency, plus:
- No TidyCal branding at all
- A custom domain
- Unlimited calendar connections
- No platform fee on payments
- Unlimited team members and SMS segments
- Priority support
Pro exists for two kinds of user: businesses that need the booking page to look entirely their own, and anyone taking enough money through TidyCal that the 1% fee matters. That second case is the one most people miss.
The 1% fee that is not on the pricing page
If you take payment at the time of booking, TidyCal charges a 1% platform fee on Stripe payments on the Free Plan, Individual Lifetime and Agency Lifetime. TidyCal Pro has no platform fee.
Lifetime owners can choose to absorb the fee from their payout rather than adding it to the customer’s total, but either way somebody pays it.
This changes the maths more than people expect:
| Monthly bookings revenue | 1% fee per year | Cheaper option |
|---|---|---|
| $500 | $60 | Individual Lifetime ($29 once) |
| $1,000 | $120 | Individual Lifetime |
| $2,000 | $240 | Pro at $99/year |
| $5,000 | $600 | Pro at $99/year |
Somewhere around $900 a month in bookings, the $99/year subscription becomes cheaper than the $29 one-time plan — purely on fees, before counting the custom domain or removed branding. A one-time payment is not automatically the cheapest option once money moves through the tool.
What each plan costs over time
| Plan | Year 1 | Year 3 | Year 5 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | $0 |
| Individual Lifetime | $29 | $29 | $29 |
| Agency Lifetime | $79 | $79 | $79 |
| Pro (yearly) | $99 | $297 | $495 |
| Pro (monthly) | $144 | $432 | $720 |
Over five years, Individual Lifetime costs $29 against $495 for Pro billed yearly. That gap is the whole argument for the lifetime plans, and for a straightforward solo use case it is a strong one.
Which plan should you buy?
| Your situation | Plan | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Testing whether you need a scheduler at all | Free | Unlimited booking types, no time limit, no card |
| Solo, one or two calendars, light use | Free | You may never need to upgrade |
| Solo, several calendars, want clean video links | Individual Lifetime $29 | Pays for itself in under four months |
| Small team up to 4, need round robin | Agency Lifetime $79 | Cheaper than four seats anywhere else |
| Team likely to grow past 4 | Pro | Agency now caps at 4 members |
| Taking over ~$900/month in bookings | Pro | The 1% fee costs more than the subscription |
| Need a custom domain or zero branding | Pro | Only plan that includes both |
Buying on AppSumo vs buying from TidyCal
This confuses people, so plainly: the lifetime plans exist only on AppSumo. You cannot buy Individual or Agency Lifetime from TidyCal’s own site — the pricing page links out to AppSumo for both. Pro exists only on TidyCal and is not sold through AppSumo.
So the choice is not really where to buy; it is which plan you need. The plan decides the shop.
Refunds
Pro: a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase by contacting TidyCal support. After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable.
Individual and Agency Lifetime: bought through AppSumo, so AppSumo’s refund policy applies rather than TidyCal’s. Check the current terms on the deal page before you buy — we are describing where the policy lives, not quoting a window we have verified.
Frequently asked questions
Is TidyCal really a one-time payment?
The Individual ($29) and Agency ($79) Lifetime plans are genuine one-time purchases. TidyCal also sells Pro as a $12/month or $99/year subscription, so not every TidyCal plan is one-time.
Does TidyCal have a free trial?
No. Pro has no free trial. The free plan is permanent and is the way to test the product before paying.
Is the TidyCal lifetime deal still available?
Both lifetime plans were listed on AppSumo as of October 2026. Deal availability can change, so check the current listing before planning around it.
How many calendars can I connect on each plan?
One on Free, 10 on Individual Lifetime, 10 on Agency Lifetime bought today, and unlimited on Pro.
Is Agency Lifetime worth $79 over Individual at $29?
Only if you need round robin, collective meetings, a team booking page or SMS reminders. The calendar connection limit is the same on both at 10, so paying $50 more for extra calendars is not a reason.
Does TidyCal take a cut of payments?
Yes, 1% on Stripe payments on Free, Individual and Agency. Pro has no platform fee.
The verdict on TidyCal pricing
For one person, Individual Lifetime at $29 is the plan to buy, and the free plan is the right place to start. For a team of up to four, Agency Lifetime at $79 is still well priced even after the September 2026 reductions.
Pro only makes sense in two situations, and they are specific: you need a custom domain or fully unbranded pages, or you take enough payment through TidyCal that 1% exceeds $99 a year. Outside those, paying a subscription for a tool that sells a $29 lifetime plan is hard to justify.
